Vertical Multistage Pump
The MXV range of centrifugal vertical multi-stage pumps manufactured by Calpeda are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The range covers flow rates up to 115 m3/hr, pressures up to 26.0 bar and motor power up to 45.0 kW. Industrial applications include pressure boosting, boiler feed, water treatment, agricultural and sports ground irrigation, firefighting systems and washing plants.
All contact parts are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel up to the MXV50 range, with the MXV 25, 32 and 40 models being KIWA approved for potable water applications. The full range is also available in AISI 316 stainless steel as an option.
Pumps are available with oval flange or BSP(F) connections up to MXV50, with round flange connections available across the range. Most models are dimensionally interchangeable with other leading manufacturers.
The range features an additional thrust bearing to prevent excessive axial loads, a fixed position coupling to eliminate alignment tools, and easy removal of the mechanical seal cartridge assembly on select models.
All pumps up to 22.0 kW motor size can be fitted with the motor mounted i-MAT variable speed drive for constant pressure, flow or temperature control.
