Twin Pump Booster Set
The Calpeda 2MXH Easymat is an ideal solution for boosting water supply on large domestic and commercial applications. The twin pump variable speed system can operate either as a Duty / Assist set where each pump is sized to cover at least 50% of the total demand or as a Duty / Stand-by set with each pump rated for 100% of the total flow rate.
The booster sets are fitted with the well renowned Calpeda MXH range of WRAS approved stainless steel horizontal centrifugal multi-stage pumps controlled via the industry proven Calpeda Easymat variable speed controller.
Suitable for both large domestic and commercial applications, the range cover flows from 0.5 litres / sec up to 10.0 litres / sec with pressures up to 6.0 bar.
The fully packaged booster set is fitted with individually WRAS approved components such as isolating ball valves and Global Water Solutions PressureWave TM pressure vessel. Complete with stainless steel suction and delivery manifolds and fittings. The sets are supplied fully assembled, tested and preprogrammed offering a plug and play solution.
The Calpeda Easymat variable speed drive controls the operation of the pump via a pressure transducer wired to each drive, eliminating the possibility of the risk caused by any signal point of failure. The Easymat is equipped with a control pad and display for simple system programming and parameter monitoring.
The LCD display gives an easy overview of the system status and of the operating parameters with icons showing the current status and alerts to any system errors in addition to the display giving instant feedback on the pump's operation.
